We slept through the night but our internal clocks are a mess. By 5am we were waking up and could not stay in bed by 5:30 am. It did not help that about every 15 minutes the siren from an emergency vehicle was echoing between the buildings. I made coffee but the Keurig coffee in the room was awful. We really hope the restaurant will have better. Even Betty who has a Keurig thought so. It must have been the pods they provided. Breakfast was included with our room and was very nice. Back to the room to pack up. We decided not to walk down to the port and got a cab instead. This was a good choice because the port had 3 cruise ships in and it was packed. Walking in would have been challenging at best. I was very surprised how organized the port was and once we were dropped off by the cab it took us just short of an hour to be in our suite. There were a 4 lines checking everyone in but they were moving very fast. On the ship by 11:50 am was great and it was time for lunch. We pulled away first of the 3 cruse ships in the port. Sail away with a happy group on the fantail and a float plane passing overhead. Under the bridge with a float plane passing overhead. There are lots of float planes. On to look around the ship, When we got to the Crow's Nest, we met a crew member who we knew from the Hawaii cruise. Dinner was at 5pm. It was a nice meal. Betty was ready for bed. Shawna and I went to the shops where she won a pickle ball set ? But we don't play pickle ball. Billboard onboard was so good we stayed all the way to the last set. Steven and Gabriel played and they are very good pianists/singers. Bed by 11pm.
