A couple days with less walking is welcome. It has been a while since we were at WDW and visiting is taxing on the feet.
We needed a few supplies so off to Walmart and Publix. Then some organizing of the RV and regular cleaning.

Today is our first day in a park for this year. We decided to go to the Magic Kingdom. The Christmas decorations are still out. Mainstreet is decorated from end to end. It was also a lot warmer than we expected. The high was in the upper 80's. Some of the outside standby lines were pretty unpleasant. We did get to do something I don't remember ever. Jingle Cruise! It is just the Jungle Cruise with some extra Christmas decorations, cute name changes for the boats, and a couple of jokes. It was different. There were several people at the park. Ok, Just kidding. The park was packed. Not "we won't let anyone else in" packed but just really difficult to get around with every ride having long wait times. 11k steps - 5.65 miles
We got set up at Mouse Mountain and then drove over to Disney Springs. The goal was to check our magic bands and confirm our tickets. Springs was busy so we stopped off at Big Bad Wolf Sausage Company. Yes as you would expect they sell speciality pork hot dogs. They were really good. Look close at the windvane. 10k steps - 5.2 miles
We are moving south and have enjoyed both our stops so far. Last night was New Years Eve. Being the party animals we are we were in bed by 10pm. It was a quiet night and we got plenty of sleep. Today was a day to relax and take a walk to the river. It is a pretty walk even in the winter. The river is beautiful as always.
