Disney Springs

We visited Disney Springs to get our tickets verified. Yea! I am now able to get Fast Pass setup and have times set for three shows on Tuesday at Animal Kingdom.

Disney Springs was nice.  It was our first time going there.  Even though it is almost all shops and restaurants we still had a nice time. A lot of work has been done to the buildings to give them a theme and fun look.  I was more interested in the huge Lego sculptures outside that store than anything else.  Other interesting buildings were the T-Rex which has huge dinosaurs outside, Rainforest Café, Once upon a toy store, and there is some sort of new store or restaurant being built based on Thomas Edison.

We did not go into any of the big restaurants and instead we shared a sandwich at the Earl of Sandwich.  It was more than enough for us as lunch. After wondering in and out of the toy stores and specialty shops like the Star Wars and the Coke store we headed back home.  I would like to go back to see the evening drone show before we end our trip.

We started tracking our steps.  Today we topped 6,000 at 6,730.  We will see how we do on other days.
