Hopefully seeing our first rocket launch today!

Tonight SpaceX is planning to launch a Falcon rocket.  We are traveling to Shawna's sisters on the coast to visit and then watch the launch.

UPDATE:  We did see the launch.  It went off right on time and lit up the sky.  As it traveled up the rocket passed behind a cloud. The edges we bright until the Falcon passed into clear sky.  About a minute after the launch we could clearly see the separation and as the second stage disappeared we watched the return of the Falcon to the landing area.

BTW,  I added a map of our travels.  It amazed me how many places we have already visited.
